One of the main roles of CSCN's Children's Services is to connect children and adolescents with complex needs to various services and supports.

Our Role
At CSCN, we don’t provide direct services or funding but focus on planning and coordinating with families and service providers. Our role is to support the great work that’s already happening, not to replace it. We work alongside individuals, their families, and a variety of service providers to make sure everyone is connected to the right resources and has equitable access to the services and supports available in their community. More details about each of the services we coordinate can be found in the boxes below.
