Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder Services Coordination

Our Service:

We support individuals and families affected by Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) by coordinating services and supports. Our FASD Service Coordinators work closely with individuals, families, and caregivers to connect them with the right services, including health care, education, and community based programs.

Some of the things we do include:

  • Creating personalized plans to meet the unique needs of the person with FASD.

  • Helping families find their way through the system, apply for benefits, and connect with specialized programs.

  • Providing education and advocacy to ensure schools, healthcare providers, and other professionals understand FASD and how to best support individuals.

  • Offering emotional support to families and caregivers dealing with the challenges of FASD.

Our goal is to make sure families have a coordinated, supportive approach that promotes stability, inclusion, and well-being for those living with FASD. For more information about our services: Click Here
