Passport Program

 

 

 

 

We manage the Passport program across ten counties in Southwestern Ontario on behalf of the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services. The Passport program reimburses adults with developmental disabilities for services and supports that help them participate in their communities and build social connections. The program also provides families and caregivers with additional support, making it easier for them to continue their important roles.
